Virtual coaching has a variety of benefits – you can work out wherever you’re comfortable, whenever you want to, and have much more access to your coach on a day-to-day basis vs personal training. Plus, it tends to be quite a bit more economical! I rely on your feedback (and video when possible) to provide great, customized training, so the more contact, the better.
